'I am the founder, Institute of Learning & Development Professionals (ILDP) www.ildp.org.au and I am passionate about standards of global excellence for L&D professionals and helping people achieve their potential by recognising their lifelong learning achievements. I am an Executive Board Member of the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (www.iftdo.net) and Chair of the IFTDO Sustaining Development Committee and CEO of the College of Lifelong Learning Pty Ltd. In these contexts, I am a champion for GULL both as an enabler of lifelong learning and development for L&D practitioners and as a system to support workplace and community development among the low paid, disadvantaged and the poorest.

GULL offers access and opportunity for all and this is a priority for me. I shall do all I can to interlink GULL’s mission and system with the global networks that I serve.'
