The Global University for Lifelong Learning (GULL) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation registered in California, USA with a presence in many countries. The University’s mandate to confer professional awards is based on a statement of recognition offered in perpetuity and signed by a Head of State and a Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea. The statement is endorsed and supported by other Governments, Leaders and Institutions. Multiple endorsements enable the University to contextualize a global system in any community or workplace setting.
The ‘Voices’ video series aims to explain and illustrate how GULL’s holistic approach to learning can be used to facilitate community and workplace development. The process of action learning is well suited to these activities because it encourages participants to learn from each other and to find implementable solutions. GULL’s approach encourages the generation of learning outcomes with a multitude of personal, professional and organizational benefits and so user organizations can relatively easily monitor and quantify the impact and return on investment.
